The Pet Travel Check with Rabies Titre measures the antibodies a vaccinated dog or cat has made against rabies, and adds a CBC, a blood parasite smear and liver and kidney tests. Some countries, airlines and boarding places ask for a titre report, and a general health check helps your vet judge whether a pet is fit to travel. The titre test is not a test for rabies infection, and the lab cannot promise that a destination will accept a report. A registered veterinarian reads the results together with the animal's signs and history.
