Calcaemia Safety Panel
Calcium, Vitamin D3 and PTH together for bone and calcium problems.
3 tests in one package · Sample: 3 mL - serum + whole blood (EDTA)
The Calcaemia Safety Panel measures calcium in the blood, vitamin D3 and parathyroid hormone (PTH). Calcium keeps bones, muscles and nerves working, vitamin D3 helps the body absorb it, and PTH helps control it. Looking at the three together helps your vet find out why a pet's calcium may be too high or too low.
